The methods applied to circuit training are automatically changed after every sixth workout (automatic periodization). Fixed training duration and number of repetitions ensure optimal training results.
You’ll go through four perfectly coordinated training phases. Each of these combines different training methods, depending on your goal. Circuit training simultaneously improves strength and endurance.
Circuit training also takes less time, as the entire circuit is precisely timed. Together we are also able to measure your progress and you may view your progress at any time from any device, such as your cell phone or computer.
With our onboarding fitness "HUB" precise and informative tests are taken, and measurements taken detect any incorrect movements, which assure that members get the most effective workout possible when they hit the Circuit Floor!
